Longfield House is a large family house surrounded by established gardens and situated on the edge of the small, but very popular village of Lanlivery. There are panoramic views from most rooms.

Lanlivery is set alongside the Saint's Way which runs from Padstow to Fowey. You can enjoy a quiet drink or a meal in the local 12th century pub which is two minutes walk from Longfield House.

Local places of interest include Lanhydrock House (N.T.), Restormel Castle, Helman Tor, Breney Common Nature Reserve and Luxulyan Valley (Viaduct and Aquaduct). The world famous Eden Project is only a short drive through the country lanes from Longfield House. The South Coast is 15 minutes away, with the North Coast approximately 50 minutes, by car. Visit the literary town of Fowey, right at the mouth of the River Fowey with lovely coastal and inland walks, beaches and coastline to explore, or Charlestown's Georgian harbour, with its Tall Ships, often used for filming.

FROM A30 at Bodmin.Turn off towards Lanhydrock and then take B3268/B3269 to join A390 at Lostwithiel. At T junction turn right and then 2nd right signposted to Lanlivery Churchtown. *** Go past church and school. Longfield House is on the right hand side.
FROM A38 at Plymouth.By-pass Liskeard, take left fork at Dobwalls to join A390. Go through Lostwithiel town centre, and up hill. 3rd right signposted to Lanlivery Churchtown and then as above ***
FROM St Austell TIC, turn right onto the A390. Drive through St Blazey and up the steep hill towards Lostwithiel. Turn left to Lanlivery. Continue as above ***
FROM Fowey, take the B3269 to A390, Turn right and then immediately left to Lanlivery. Continue as above ***
FROM Mevagissey, take the B3273 to ST Austell. Turn right onto the A390. Pass St Austell TIC on your right and continue as above.
