It is in a semi rural setting with lovely views across open fields, and 400 yards from the south west coastal footpath but is only 4 miles from St Austell, and 5 miles from beautiful Fowey. An
hourly bus service runs past the entrance, so a car is not absolutely essential. During the summer months it is possible to use the swimming pools at the 5 star Carlyon Bay Touring Park,
which is a 5 minute walk. A selection of good quality restaurants are also within walking distance, and the now world famous Eden Project is just 2.5 miles away.

Road Directions

FROM the A30, take the A391 to St Austell. Turn right onto the A390. St Austell TIC is a mile further on the left-hand side.

FROM St Austell TIC, turn left onto the A390. At the roundabout, turn left onto B3273, signposted Mevagissey - approx 6 miles. At the bottom of the hill as you enter Mevagissey, turn right by the recreation ground. Look for the sign for Treleaven Farmhouse. Drive up the private road to the Farmhouse on the right-hand side.

FROM Mevagissey, take the B3273 towards St Austell, turn left by the park and recreation grounds into the private drive. Drive on up to the Farmhouse on the right-hand side.
