Two delightful waterside holiday apartments situated on Mevagissey harbour adjoining traditional boatyard.

Lookout 1 - is a first floor apartment, tastefully decorated - it sleeps 4.

Lookout 2 - is a split level apartment with uninterrupted sea views. It sleeps 4 with bedrooms and bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The living accommodation is upstairs.

Both apartments have two bedrooms (one twin and one double), a modern kitchen with fridge freezer and microwave. Colour TV in lounge, oil fired central heating.

Lookout 1 has a £1 meter for all electric cooking. Lookout 2 has a £1 meter for all electric cooking and hot water.

All household equipment is supplied (including bed linen).

Car Parking available on boatyard forecourt.

The property has the benefit of being centrally situated for seeing Cornwall. Lovely cliff walks leading directly from the harbour, incorporating clean, safe, sandy beaches - other beaches are only 5 to 10 minutes by car.

Eden Project - 8 miles

Rates £195 - £475 per week.

Road Directions

From the A30, take the A391 to St Austell. Turn right onto the A390. After approx 1 mile, turn left onto the B3273 to Mevagissey - 6 miles. In the village, turn left into the One-Way system. Turn left by the Post Office to the harbour. At the water's edge, keep straight ahead (Do not turn right!) until you reach the boatyard where you'll find our holiday apartments.

St Austell Transport Interchange has Mainline Rail, Coach and Local Bus services on one site. There is also a Taxi rank.

Local Buses : First Cornwall No.26 and Western Greyhound No.526 serve Mevagissey (tickets are not interchangeable between the bus companies)
