Nare Court is a beautifully designed, maritime building, constructed in 2001, comprising just twelve luxury apartments. Situated on a cliff-top overlooking the sea and Mevagissey harbour.

In a location officially designated as an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Nare Court is blessed with one of the most spectacular settings in Cornwall. The Penthouse and The Lookout are the two most desirable apartments in Nare Court.

The Penthouse spans the entire length of the central roof and commands magnificent views of the outer harbour, coastline and sea. Floor to ceiling glass doors and windows front the lounge and kitchen/dining area, opening directly onto a 25ft x 4ft balcony. The Penthouse sleeps four, comprising a double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet, a twin bedroom, bathroom with spa bath, open-plan kitchen, dining area, lounge and balcony.

The Lookout was originally selected as the show home. It occupies the top floor of the harbour-facing tower, commanding sensational 270 degree panoramic views of Mevagissey village, the harbour, coastline and sea. Floor to ceiling glass doors open directly on to the superb balcony. The Lookout sleeps five, comprising a double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet, a twin bedroom, small single bedroom, bathroom with spa bath, lounge, dining area, luxury kitchen and panoramic balcony.

From both apartments stairs lead up to a 30' x 30' Sundeck Tower, to which guests have shared access. Also, both apartments benefit from one reserved covered parking space in the courtyard directly outside the main entrance.

Road Directions

Exit A30 at St Austell/Eden Project. At next roundabout take exit signed Carthew 1/2 mile follow road into St Austell. In town centre turn left at roundabout. Follow to T juction turn right. Continue to two mini roundabouts go straight acroos to Mevagissey. Follow into Mevagissey. Follow one way system out of Mevagissey centre. Nare Court on left at top of Polkirt Hill.

St Austell's station is a 'Transport Interchange' with Mainline Rail, National Coach and Local Bus Services plus a taxi rank.

(Currently Local Bus services - Western Greyhound do not call in to the station but use bus stops nearby.)

Local Bus Services to Mevagissey village centre to The Ship Inn. Western Greyhound No.526 from Kings Avenue, just uphill from St Austell rail station
