The accommodation is a self-contained ground floor suite which is an extention to the family home.

It has its own entrance and has ample parking, the suite consists of three rooms - entrance sitting room with TV, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, table, chairs, a double bedroom with built in warddrobe and a shower room. Sauna Room.

A continental breakfast hamper will be supplied each morning containing fresh foods relevant to guests taste.

FROM A30, take the A391 to St Austell. Turn right onto the A390. Turn left at the 2nd set of traffic lights Turn left at the mini-roundabout. Pippins is on the right hand side, after the row of shops and restaurants.
FROM St Austell TIC, turn right onto the A390. *** Straight across two roundabouts. Turn right at the 2nd set of traffic lights. Turn left at the mini-roundabout. Pippins is on the right hand side after the row of shops and restaurants.
FROM Fowey, take the A3082 towards St Austell. Take the first left turning after Wyevale Garden Centre. Pass under railway bridge and turn right at the crossroads. Pippins is on the left-hand side just before a row of shops and restaurants.
