ACCESS STATEMENT

External

There is a level car park with parking for three cars. Enter back garden through gate, then down into garden via 5 steps with handrail.

Short path leading to further gateway has a slight incline. Down three more steps onto level path. Cross small path with access to conservatory, via door and one step down into house.

Internal

The ground floor is level with easy access to the Dining Room. There are 16 stairs in total up to the three bedrooms, and balustrading turning at right angles with intermediate landing. There are 2 double bedrooms, one en-suite and one with private bathroom. The private bathroom, is accessed by 5 steps down from the room onto intermediate landing. There is a further family en-suite room, with one double bed and one single bed. The en-suite rooms each have a shower cubicle with non-slip surfaces. There is a step up into the shower. The private bathroom has a bath, with a shower overhead. You have to step into the bath to have a shower. The bath has a non-slip mat. This bed and breakfast has no disabled facilities
