Campbell's Cottage

Campbell's Cottage is quietly situated in St Austell Row yet only a minutes walk from the beach and the centre of the village with its good range of facilities and foot ferries to Place, Falmouth and Truro.
In days past St Austell Row was the main road from St Mawes to St Austell but is now a footpath in a quiet backwater in the village.
The front door from the path leads into the hallway and to the lounge with leather suit, flat screen TV and DVD player, and the kitchen/diner with large fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave and telephone.
Stairs from the hall lead to the family bathroom with overbath shower, WC and wash hand basin, the main bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, and two further bedrooms one with bunks for two the other with a single bed.
Night storage heaters are situated through the property.
Parking is about one minutes walk in the main village carpark.
