A charming, family-run, newly renovated property, retaining a wealth of original features, conveniently located in St Austell town. 5 minutes walk to rail, bus & coach station - bus to Eden Project.
An excellent base from which to see all that Cornwall has to offer.

Accommodation is available in 2 bedrooms, both with private facilities; 1 Double and 1 Twin. The twin room has a private shower-room with walk-in shower, toilet, and basin. The double room has large corner bath with hand-held shower, toilet, bidet and basin. Complimentary bathrobes are provided. Rooms have flat screen colour tv, tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryers, and radio/alarm. Early wake up calls are provided on request.

Rooms can be booked for single occupancy, supplement applies.

Breakfast is served in the light & airy dining room. Enjoy the full Aga-cooked English breakfast together with a range of cereals, fruit, juices, yoghurts and tea or freshly made coffee. Special diets catered for if required. Packed Lunches can be provided on request if breakfast is not required.

Road Directions

FROM the A30, take the A391 to St Austell. Turn right onto the A390. St Austell TIC is about a mile further on the left-hand side.
FROM St Austell TIC, turn left onto the A390. Turn right at the traffic lights. At the top of the hill, follow the road around to the left and then take the sharp right turn, a One-Way street. Turn left onto the roundabout and do a complete turn of the roundabout (effectively turning right on to Alexandra Road. ) After about 200 yards, you will see a large parking area for the houses on the left. Alexandra Heights is the 'black & white' house, just past this area. Pull in to the parking for Alexandra Heights.

Public Transport Directions

St Austell has a "Transport Interchange" - Mainline Rail, Coach & Local Bus station all on the same site. There is also a Taxi Rank at the station.
Alexandra Heights is only a short walk from there, about 500-600 yards. On the 'downside'/Coach/Bus station side, turn left to walk out of the station and continue uphill a short way. Take the right turn, Kings Avenue. At the next junction, turn left into Alexandra Road. Stay on the left-hand side. Alexandra Heights is just after the domestic parking area on the left-hand side.
